Terms and Conditions for Indusdeals (For Sellers)

Welcome to Indusdeals. By registering as a seller on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

1.1. “Platform” refers to Indusdeals, including its website, mobile app, and related services.
1.2. “Seller” refers to any individual or business that lists products or services for sale on the platform.
1.3. “Buyer” refers to any individual or business that purchases products or services through the platform.
1.4. “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the platform, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Seller Registration and Eligibility

2.1. Sellers must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and update such information as necessary.
2.2. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to their business and the products/services they list.
2.3. Sellers must be at least 18 years of age to register and sell on the platform.

3. Product Listings and Descriptions

3.1. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that product listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable laws.
3.2. Sellers agree not to list prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to:

• Illegal goods
• Counterfeit items
• Hazardous materials
• Products that violate intellectual property rights
  3.3. The platform reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms or applicable laws.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1. Sellers are responsible for setting the prices of their products, which must include all applicable taxes and fees.
4.2. Payments will be processed through the platform’s approved payment gateways, and funds will be disbursed to sellers as per the payment schedule outlined by the platform (Every 7 Days)
4.3. The platform may deduct applicable fees, commissions, or penalties before disbursing payments to sellers.

5. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

5.1. Sellers are responsible for ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
5.2. Sellers must provide tracking information to buyers when available.
5.3. The platform may provide logistics support but is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party logistics providers.
5.4. Sellers agree to adhere to the platform’s return, refund, and cancellation policies.

6. Seller Conduct

6.1. Sellers agree not to engage in activities that:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Mislead or deceive buyers
• Disrupt the platform’s operations or other users’ experiences
  6.2. Sellers must maintain professional communication with buyers and platform representatives.
  6.3. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations of these terms.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1. Sellers must handle buyers’ personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2. Sellers may not use buyers’ data for purposes other than fulfilling orders and providing customer support.

8. Fees and Commissions

8.1. The platform may charge sellers a commission or listing fee, as outlined in the fee schedule. You can check charges by clicking here.
8.2. Fees are subject to change with prior notice to sellers.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. In case of disputes with buyers, the platform may mediate but does not guarantee resolution.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts.

10. Termination

10.1. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts at its discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms.
10.2. Sellers may terminate their accounts by contacting customer support, provided all outstanding dues are settled.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
11.2. Indusdeals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

12. Modification of Terms

12.1. Indusdeals reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes.
12.2. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
