3. User Accounts

Users must notify Indusdeals  immediately of any unauthorized use of their accounts. 3.3. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of breach of these terms.

4.1. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, lawful, and comply with all applicable regulations. 4.2. The platform does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers. 4.3. Sellers agree not to list prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to:

• Illegal goods
• Counterfeit items
• Hazardous materials

5. Transactions and Payments

5.1. All payments must be processed through the platform’s approved payment gateways. 5.2. Buyers agree to pay the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, at the time of purchase. 5.3. Refunds, returns, and cancellations are subject to the platform’s return policy. 5.4. The platform may charge sellers a commission or listing fee, as outlined in the fee schedule.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1. Sellers are responsible for shipping products to buyers within the agreed timeframes. 6.2. The platform may provide logistics support but does not guarantee delivery timelines. 6.3. Buyers must inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within the specified return window.

7. User Conduct

7.1. Users agree not to engage in activities that:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Disrupt the platform’s operations or other users’ experiences 7.2. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this section.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the platform are owned by or licensed to Indusdeals. 8.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the platform’s content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 9.2. Indusdeals  is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. In the event of disputes between buyers and sellers, the platform may mediate but does not guarantee resolution. 10.2. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts.

12. Modification of Terms

12.1.Indusdeals reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. 12.2. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Termination
