Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At IndusDeals, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return, refund, or replacement under the following conditions.

Return / Replacement Window
Customers can request a return or replacement within 5 days of the shipment being delivered. Requests made after this 5-day window will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

  • The product has missing parts or accessories

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or replacement due to hygiene, customization, or other restrictions. Such conditions will be mentioned on the product page where applicable.

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Replacement Process
If a replacement is approved, a new item will be shipped to the customer after the returned product has been verified.

IndusDeals reserves the right to accept or reject return and replacement requests after reviewing the condition of the returned product and the reason provided.
