Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Complete payments for orders placed through the platform
Product prices, availability, and descriptions are provided by sellers. While we strive for accuracy, IndusDeals does not guarantee that all product information is completely error-free.
4. Orders and Payments
When a customer places an order:
The order is processed through the platform
Payment must be completed through approved payment methods
The seller is responsible for fulfilling and shipping the order
IndusDeals may cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines may vary depending on the seller, product availability, and delivery location.
Sellers are responsible for:
Proper packaging
Accurate shipping information
Timely dispatch of orders
IndusDeals is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, natural events, or other external factors.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by the IndusDeals Return Policy.
Customers must submit requests within 5 days of delivery of the product.
Eligibility depends on product condition, reason for return, and seller approval.
7. Terms for Sellers
Sellers registering on IndusDeals agree to:
Provide accurate business and product information
Ensure that products listed comply with applicable laws and regulations
Deliver products as described on the platform
Maintain quality standards and customer service
Sellers are responsible for:
Product authenticity
Order fulfillment
Handling returns and replacements according to platform policy
IndusDeals reserves the right to remove listings or suspend sellers that violate marketplace rules.
8. Prohibited Products
Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing or selling:
Illegal products
Counterfeit or fake items
Restricted or regulated goods without authorization
Products that violate intellectual property rights
Violation of this policy may lead to immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
9. Platform Fees
IndusDeals may charge sellers marketplace commissions, service fees, or other charges as specified on the seller onboarding page.
All applicable fees will be clearly communicated to sellers before listing products.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the IndusDeals website, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is the property of IndusDeals or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
IndusDeals acts as an intermediary platform between sellers and customers.
IndusDeals shall not be held liable for:
Product defects
Seller misconduct
Delivery delays caused by logistics partners
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform
12. Account Suspension
IndusDeals reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Misuse the platform
Provide misleading information
13. Changes to Terms
